Finding the perfect audition monologue just got easier.

Hi, I'm Gabriel Davis creator of "The Monologue Genie" - a website designed to help you find great audition monologues fast. Why did I design such a website?  Because, basically, I feel your pain.  Before earning my MFA in Playwriting from Carnegie Mellon School of Drama, I was an acting major and I can't begin to tell you how many hours I spent searching through monologue books for the right material.  If only it had been as easy as rubbing a magic lamp.   Now, with me on your side to help, it can be.

There are three ways to get great audition material using this site:  
  1. Free Monologues.  I have posted eight of my original monologues, which you may use for auditions free of charge.  These monologues have been used by actors for their Showcase performances in NYC and LA to gain representation.                                                                                                                                                                                
  2. Monologue Recommendations.  There are a number of monologues I recommendation from plays, movies, books and more.                                                                                                                                                                                              
  3. Monologue Writing 101.   For those interested in writing their own audition material, I provide an online tutorial on the subject.
